Case studies
Project work is published with the client's permission. Figures shown are measured against the period stated on each case study; they describe what happened for that business and are not a promise of the same result for yours.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Work begins when we have both signed a proposal that sets out scope, timeline and price.
Project terms
Every engagement is governed by its own written agreement covering scope, payment schedule, revisions, intellectual property and termination. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.
Ownership of your assets
Your domain, hosting and accounts are registered in your name and stay yours. On final payment, the deliverables produced for you become yours too.
Liability
We take care, but we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
